What you'll do at Adthena....

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team at Adthena. As a Salesforce Administrator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our Salesforce platform and supporting our commercial teams in streamlining their processes. This is an exciting opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders around the business and make a meaningful impact in driving our business forward.

Reporting to: Finance Director

Key responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of our organization, including but not limited to configuring object fields, page layouts, and record types and processes.

  • Create and manage user accounts, profiles, design user permissions based on roles and responsibilities

  • Manage data accuracy, integrity and security, including access controls and validations

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications which are then turned into streamlined processes.

  • Generate and customize reports and dashboards for various stakeholders

  • Design and implement automation processes using workflows, process builder, and Flow to enhance operational efficiency

  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications and external systems

  • Offer training and ongoing support to address user inquiries and issues

  • Create and maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures

Required Experience for the Role:

  • Minimum 4 years of Salesforce administration experience, preferably in a start-up/SME environment

  • Experience of working directly with non-technical stakeholders

Desired Experience for the Role:

  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
