What you’ll do at Adthena….
Adthena is searching for Business Development Professionals with the ability to generate quality, well-qualified new business leads. You’ll need to be very comfortable making cold calls and written introductions up to C-Level. You’ll be confident, sharp, and able to articulate complex ideas compellingly
The position will provide the opportunity to expand software sales skills, work with, learn from outstanding Senior Account Executives and directly contribute to the success of the UK Team.

Constant outbound prospecting to potential clients, utilizing internet search and tools such as LinkedIn Navigator.
Contact, qualify and follow up opportunities, through outbound calls, emails and LinkedIn.
Engaging prospects in consultative discovery to understand their needs and identify how we can help.
Take a consultative approach and propose solutions based on the Adthena Value Proposition, leveraging Adthena case studies and use cases.
Meet, if not exceed monthly targets and document activity within Salesforce.
Use sales technologies such as Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Seamless.ai, Lusha and Outreach or equivalents to power your outreach campaigns.
Navigate conversations with technical and economic buyers at a strategic level (C-Suite, VP or Director).
Work closely with your AE to build a Sales pipeline.
Eager to advance within the sales organization by creating a positive impact both within the role and also in the broader organization

Required Experience for the Role:
6-18 months experience in Sales, with a strong preference for a background in SaaS or B2B Sales in a fast-paced environment
Experience with various sales techniques, including cold calling
Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Must be eager to advance within a sales organization by creating a positive impact both within the role and in the broader organization.
You are a problem-solver, an exceptional listener, and a great communicator. You seek out challenges and love to get creative to solve them. You are a competitor and enjoy being in a friendly competitive environment.
You have an exceptionally strong desire to bring new customers to Adthena and maximize revenue. You can work closely with other team members to develop and manage a sales pipeline

Desired Experience for the Role:
Prior industry experience working or calling into these verticals: Automotive, Retail, B2B or B2C Technology, Education, Insurance, Financial Services, Legal etc
Experience in strategic, thorough account planning to execute engagement with different company types, roles etc.
Ability to navigate conversations with technical and economic buyers at a strategic level (C-Suite, VP or Director)
Experience using sales technologies such as Salesforce, Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach or equivalents to power your outreach campaigns.
