About the Role
Reporting to: Josh Pickering, Global Sales Director
Location: Reporting to our Austin Office (Hybrid 2 days/week)
Interviews: 4 stages, totalling around 2.5-3 hours over 2 weeks.

What you’ll do at Adthena….
We are rapidly growing our team, post-funding, and seeking a high-performance Account Executive to join our growing organization. You will manage the sales process end-to-end, including prospecting, relationship-building, qualification, pitch presentations & product demonstrations over the web, writing proposals, and negotiating & closing business
This is a high-impact role where you’ll partner closely with Marketing, SDRs, Product and Customer Success to unlock new opportunities, hit ambitious revenue targets, and establish Adthena as the competitive intelligence partner of choice in the region.

Master MEDDPICC to drive and grow your opportunities
Drive new business opportunities across your assigned vertical(s), connecting with C-level to C-2 business leaders
Understand the challenges your prospective customers face related to new customer acquisition, digital advertising and budget efficiency, and learn to position the Adthena solution appropriately
Work with internal champions to build and deliver ROI assessments within your accounts to prove the value of the Adthena solution and close strategic deals
Consistently build external technical and business champions to land new logos to the tune of an >$800k ARR annual quota
Develop 15-20% of your sales pipeline on your own, with the remaining coming from your own BDR & Marketing, with the ability to manage numerous transactions simultaneously through the sales funnel in <100 days
Execute your own contracts and commercial negotiations with prospects to close opportunities with a 30% win rate
Who we look for

Required Experience
At least 3+ years of direct sales/SaaS experience selling an enterprise-level solution with complex sales cycles.
Previous experience with MEDDPICC
A proven track record in creating and driving new business through strategic approaches
You can build and deliver a comprehensive end-to-end sales process
You have demonstrated excellence in the past as a top performer and are someone who is majorly achievement-oriented
You are motivated by rapid development, high energy and are driven to continually raise the level in terms of performance and expectations.
You are driven by Adthena’s mission to revolutionize search marketing.
You want to be a part of changing the way the marketing discipline works on behalf of our customers.
Desired Experience:
Experience selling a MarTech/AdTech solution or a background in Search Marketing
