We are looking for a high-performing Client Development to expand Benivo’s pipeline of sales opportunities and win new business. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through achieving sales targets and forging strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Global Mobility leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate a strong pipeline of net-new logo leads
- Understand and effectively communicate Benivo’s value proposition and solutions using a value-based, client-oriented sales approach.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase Benivo’s solutions to prospective clients.
- Close enterprise deals, including responding to RFPs and managing complex sales cycles.
- Lead successful execution of sales activities, including discovery meetings, ROI sessions, presentations, proposal development, contract negotiations, and deal closures.
- Build strong, long-lasting relationships within the Global Mobility (GM) industry and leverage a strong personal network.
- Drive awareness of Benivo within the global mobility community.
- Record and manage your activities, weekly revenue forecasts, client interactions, and deal progress in our CRM (Hubspot)
- Experience in Global Mobility (GM) with a deep understanding of industry challenges and solutions
- Expertise in Home Sale programs
- Proven track record of closing Mobility Tech and/or Relocation Services enterprise deals and handling RFPs
- Competent with GenAI tools and leveraging them in daily work.
- Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality sales materials (decks, proposals, RFP responses).
- High energy, fast-paced, and proactive in prospecting new business.
- Strong relationship builder with an extensive industry network and a likable personality.
- Highly organized with excellent follow-through.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with MEDDPIC sales methodology (preferred but not essential)
