Lead the HR department and manage HR personnel

Handle HR matters, investigations and disputes in partnership with external counsel

Maintain employee records, policies and documentation

Build and scale Go Abacus’s talent pipeline, recruitment strategy and onboarding processes

Structure and lead semi-annual employee review processes and employee satisfaction surveys

Foster a healthy, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture that aligns with Go Abacus’s company goals and values

Act as a trusted point of contact for employee questions, concerns and issues

5+ years of experience in HR or talent roles

Strong working knowledge of HR compliance practices

Proven ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion

Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, performance, and retention

Experience implementing process standards and designing trainings

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Action-oriented with strong judgement and follow-through
