THE ROLE
We're looking for a People Administrator to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term part-time basis (20 hours per week). This role is essential to ensuring our people operations run smoothly, supporting our remote-first team through every stage of their journey with LandTech. 🎯
As our People Administrator, you'll be the go-to person for employee lifecycle administration, benefits management, and operational support for our leadership team. You'll play a vital role in creating an exceptional experience for our team members from day one and beyond! ✨

KEY ROLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Onboarding & Offboarding: Coordinate seamless onboarding experiences for new joiners, including contract preparation, system access setup, and welcome communications. Manage offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Benefits Administration: Oversee the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, pension schemes, and life insurance. Act as the primary point of contact for benefits queries.
- HR Systems & Data Management: Maintain accurate employee records in our HRIS (BambooHR), ensuring data integrity and compliance with GDPR and employment regulations.
- Payroll Support: Assist with payroll preparation.
- Calendar & Meeting Management: Support Senior Leadership with calendar coordination, scheduling meetings, interviews and Company events.
- Employee Queries: Respond to day-to-day people-related questions, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and benefits.
EDUCATION BACKGROUND & TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in an administration or office management role, ideally within a fast-paced or tech environment.
- HR Systems: Familiarity with databases or HR information systems (e.g. BambooHR) and proficiency in maintaining accurate records.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Calendar). Experience with project management tools like Notion is a plus.
- Organisational Skills: Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable manner when dealing with employee queries.
- Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
