What you'll do
- Generate and distribute invoices via QuickBooks online
- Manage electronic billing submissions through e-billing platforms such as Ariba.
- Monitor accounts receivables for delayed payments and follow up as necessary
- Assist in the resolution of billing disputes and discrepancies
- Manage purchase order usage
- Manage internal billing requests
- Provide support and assistance to the finance and accounting team with monthly deferred revenue reconciliation
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or a related field is required
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Technical knowledge of Microsoft Office and Quickbooks Online
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally within a company
- Strong problem-solving and solution-oriented mindset
