About the role
Do you love being on the cutting edge of marketing technology and using it to drive pipeline? We are in the exciting stages of building out our core marketing tech stack and we’re looking for a highly skilled Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to join our marketing operations team to help. What you'll do
- Marketing Technology Management:
- Evaluation, configuration, integration, and ongoing optimization of marketing technologies that help improve our funnel conversion, lead quality, and process.
- Manage data integration and synchronization between marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other key marketing technologies.
- Drive adoption & enablement of our marketing tech stack to ensure we are getting the most value from our investments
- Support Campaign Execution & Optimization:
- Develop, implement, and optimize automated workflows, lead scoring models, and campaigns in HubSpot to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Assist with event and content syndication lead imports and setting up registration for events in HubSpot
- CRM & Data Management:
- Assist with the alignment and integration of marketing and sales data in Salesforce, ensuring clean, accurate, and actionable data.
- Support the management of lead scoring and segmentation strategies to drive personalized marketing efforts.
- Regularly work through data quality/audit dashboards to help unblock kinks in our lead flow process
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Support with report creation to track key performance metrics, ensuring the marketing team has accurate, real-time insights.
- Process Improvement & Efficiency:
- Proactively identify opportunities for process optimization across the marketing tech stack and implement best practices for scaling campaigns and improving efficiency.
- Collaborate with other teams (SDRs, Sales, IT, Product, etc.) to streamline workflows and processes across the business.
- Training & Enablement:
- Provide training and support to team members on marketing systems, processes, and best practices.
- Act as the primary point of contact for troubleshooting issues and providing technical support for certain marketing systems.
Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in marketing operations or demand generation, preferably in B2B technology companies.
- Strong hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or similar tools.
- Proven experience with Salesforce and building reports
- Advanced knowledge of marketing systems, CRM management, and lead lifecycle processes.
- Experience implementing & managing key tools in our marketing tech stack, including: HubSpot, SalesLoft, ChiliPiper, 6Sense, Cvent, TechTarget, Asana, etc.
- Strong understanding of data management best practices, including data hygiene, segmentation, and lead scoring.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, derive insights, and implement optimization strategies to drive marketing performance.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter and proactive in making improvements to processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications in HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, 6Sense, Drift, Salesloft, or other relevant marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies and tools.
