Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Technical Content Writer with deep expertise in the cybersecurity domain (mainly focusing on PAM, IGA, AD Security, Data Access, ITDR , Password Security, Data Access, Data Security and/or Governance) to join our Global Content Marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality, engaging, and technically accurate content, including blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, and best practice guides. This role requires a strong collaborative mindset, as you will work closely with Content Marketing Specialists, Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and SEO Specialists to ensure content aligns with product goals, marketing strategies, and SEO best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Produce high-quality technical content that resonates with a cybersecurity audience, including blogs, eBooks, whitepapers, case studies, and best practices.
- Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough research on cybersecurity trends, threats, solutions, and products to ensure all content is up-to-date, accurate, and insightful.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Product Marketing Managers, Product Managers, and SEO Specialists to align content with product messaging, marketing strategies, and SEO goals.
- Editorial Standards: Maintain a high standard of editorial excellence by ensuring all content is well-structured, free of errors, and aligns with the company’s voice and tone.
- SEO Optimization: Integrate SEO best practices into all content to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic as per Technical Requirement provided by SEO Team.
- Audience Engagement: Tailor content to various segments of the cybersecurity audience, including technical professionals, C-level executives, and IT decision-makers.
Required Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in English (B2, C1 & C2), Journalism, Technical Writing, Computer Science, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical content writing, with at least 3 years focused on cybersecurity, primarily focused on PAM, IGA, AD Security, Data Access, ITDR, Password Security, Data Access, Data Security and/or Governance.
- Expertise: In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, technologies, and trends, with the ability to translate complex technical information into clear, engaging content.
- Writing Skills: Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong portfolio of published technical content, particularly in the cybersecurity domain.
- Collaboration: Proven ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and SEO teams in a fast-paced, global environment.
- Tools Proficiency: Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), Grammarly is a plus
- Project Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Industry Experience: Experience working in a cybersecurity company or within a technical writing role in a related industry.
- Thought Leadership: Proven experience in contributing to or leading content strategies that position an organization as a thought leader in cybersecurity.
- Global Experience: Experience working in or with global teams, understanding of regional content needs and cultural differences.
