Position Overview

We are building a cutting-edge Data Security SaaS Platform that will transform the way our customers identify, protect and govern their data. This will revolutionize how customers secure their data by placing identity at the core – providing unparalleled visibility and control. We are integrating agentic AI capabilities into our platform. Allowing AI assistants to query security data using natural language, enhancing the efficiency of security teams in assessing data exposure and access risks. With a rapidly growing customer base and an expanding team, we are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Software Engineer who specializes in React to join our growing engineering team.

As a Senior Software Engineer focused on React, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining complex front-end applications that are highly performant and visually engaging. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to bring features to life and ensure an exceptional user experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex, scalable, and maintainable React applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements and user stories into technical solutions
• Lead architectural decisions and front-end best practices for React applications
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code with an emphasis on performance and maintainability
• Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high standards of code quality
• Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
• Stay current with the latest front-end technologies and trends to inform and evolve our technical strategy

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a strong focus on front-end development
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with React.js in a production environment
• Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Experience with front-end build pipelines and tools (Webpack, Babel, Vite, etc.)
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., Redux, Zustand, Recoil, etc.)
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and modern asynchronous programming patterns
• Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility (WCAG)
• Experience with testing frameworks and tools (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong sense of ownership
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with SSR frameworks like Next.js
• Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, GraphQL, etc.) is a plus
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Contributions to open source projects or active GitHub presence
