Position Overview

We are seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to oversee multiple teams building Identity Governance and Administration (Directory Management) solutions. You'll scale processes, align technical execution with business goals, and lead teams developing .NET-based systems with Microsoft SQL Server, Elasticsearch, and Azure SaaS multi-tenant solutions.

We are integrating agentic AI capabilities into our platform. Allowing AI assistants to query security data using natural language, enhancing the efficiency of security teams in assessing data exposure and access risks. With a rapidly growing customer base and an expanding team, we're looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Software Engineering Manager to lead, inspire, and scale high-performing enterprise engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

• Manage multiple enterprise engineering teams and develop leadership talent
• Create culture of ownership, remove blockers, foster inclusive environment
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top engineering talent

Technical Oversight:

• Set technical direction and ensure architectural integrity across teams
• Oversee scalable Directory Management/IGA solutions using .NET, SQL Server, and Elasticsearch
• Drive Azure cloud-native technologies and microservices architecture
• Maintain test coverage and ensure security compliance with Directory Management best practices

Strategic Execution:

• Translate business goals into engineering strategy and actionable objectives
• Lead product consolidation efforts across multiple identity platforms
• Coordinate cross-team technical decisions and manage technical debt
• Partner with Product, Design, and Security teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
• 10+ years' experience working in enterprise software development
• 5+ years management experience leading multiple teams and managing managers.
• Expertise in .NET (C#, ASP.NET), Microsoft SQL Server, Elasticsearch
• Experience with Azure or AWS, and SaaS multi-tenant solutions
• Knowledge of identity data structures, access control, and IAM security practices
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, DevOps, and infrastructure optimization
• Good understanding of endpoint operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and experience with endpoint agent development or orchestration systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional leadership.

• Identity standards experience (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML, SCIM)
• Azure Functions and serverless computing
• Cybersecurity, IAM, IGA, or GRC domain background
• Graph databases for identity modelling
• Agentic AI (Claude) and LLMs
