Cyber Future Summer Internship
Do you want to build a safer digital future? Are you excited to collaborate with global teams and customers to solve real-world cybersecurity challenges? The Cyber Future Summer Internship at Netwrix gives you the opportunity to do exactly that.

This is a hands-on, project-driven program where you will take ownership of meaningful initiatives that showcase real customer success and impact. From day one, you will be embedded in a team, assigned a clearly defined project, and expected to deliver measurable outcomes by the end of the program.

This is not a shadowing program — you will analyze, refine, and create, helping ensure that customer stories accurately reflect real outcomes and demonstrate the value of Netwrix solutions.

Program Dates are 1 July 2026 – 11 September 2026 and this role will be hybrid with visits to Kraków office. This is a paid internship.

Position Overview

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and strong communicator for a Customer Content Intern role to support the refresh and development of Netwrix customer case studies. This role focuses on improving the accuracy, clarity, and impact of customer stories while helping identify new opportunities to showcase customer success.

It’s an excellent opportunity for someone interested in content, storytelling, product marketing, and customer engagement within cybersecurity and enterprise SaaS.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Content Audit
Review and assess the current library of Netwrix case studies to ensure accuracy and relevance.

  • Audit existing customer case studies
  • Identify outdated, inaccurate, or no longer relevant content
  • Recommend which case studies should be refreshed, retired, or replaced

Case Study Refresh & Optimization
Improve existing customer stories to better reflect outcomes and product value.

  • Revise case studies with clearer messaging and stronger results
  • Align stories with current Netwrix solutions and positioning
  • Improve structure, readability, and overall clarity

Customer Story Sourcing Support
Support the identification and organization of new case study opportunities.

  • Identify strong candidates for new customer stories
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams
  • Assist in scheduling and organizing customer interviews
  • Capture and summarize insights from interviews


Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Journalism, or a related field
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable interviewing stakeholders and summarizing insights
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
  • Interest in cybersecurity or enterprise software strongly preferred
  • Goal- and outcome-focused mindset
