Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, including evaluating high-value offers to engage key accounts.

  • Coordinate logistics for industry events, including booth setup, speaker participation, customer follow-ups, swag management, and other onsite or virtual event needs.
  • Assist in the execution and coordination of marketing campaigns using tools such as Marketo, SalesLoft and other marketing platforms.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance from multiple sources and compile reports for the marketing leadership team to support informed decision-making.
  • Actively explore and support the use of emerging tools and technologies with the marketing team—especially AI-powered solutions—and contribute to hands-on testing and learning.
  • Provide design support for campaign assets in collaboration with the broader marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
  • Support the Executive Vice President of Marketing & Operations with administrative support, including scheduling meetings, follow-up actions, and managing day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Eagerness to explore various B2B marketing functions, including ABM, event marketing, and campaign management.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organization and time-management skills.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a high degree of self-motivation and dynamism.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for improving what we do.

Location:
