Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Paid Search and Social Media Consultant to assist with our campaign management, reporting, and pacing for digital advertising initiatives. This role involves strategizing, implementing, and optimizing paid social and search campaigns to meet key performance metrics and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with various paid social platforms, and the ability to communicate insights that drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Setup: Design and implement paid search and social media campaigns that align with client goals and budgets.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor campaign performance, ensuring campaigns pace toward objectives. Adjust targeting, creatives, and bids as needed to maximize ROI.
- Pacing and Forecasting: Track campaign pacing relative to budgets and KPIs, with the ability to break down performance by network, targeting, and creative.
- Reporting and Analysis: Create regular performance reports with actionable insights on spend, performance metrics, and optimization recommendations.
- Cross-Channel Coordination: Coordinate across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and others to ensure campaigns are integrated and optimized.
- Client Communication: Present performance insights, campaign updates, and strategic recommendations to clients in a clear, data-driven manner.
- Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in paid search and social media.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in paid search and social media advertising, with a strong track record of managing budgets and achieving performance targets.
- Proficiency with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, and other key social media channels.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in campaign reporting, pacing analysis, and budget forecasting.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present data and insights to stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with additional analytics tools and reporting software.
- Experience with A/B testing and creative optimization.
