Position Summary

Piano is seeking a Part-Time Paid Social Campaign Manager with a strong emphasis on Meta (Facebook and Instagram) campaign experience. In this role, you will assist our enterprise-level clients in successfully growing their businesses through strategic paid social media campaigns. Our clients, ranging from renowned organizations like the BBC, The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, Fortune, and more, require expert guidance to navigate the paid social landscape effectively. You will be responsible for onboarding clients, managing their paid social media campaigns, and ensuring their objectives are met throughout the relationship. This position offers flexibility and can be fully remote within the United States or hybrid from our New York City or Philadelphia offices.

What You’ll Do

  • Client Strategy & Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding their paid social media campaigns, particularly focusing on Meta platforms. Develop and implement strategies that align with their business goals.
  • Campaign Execution: Launch and manage paid social media campaigns on Meta, ensuring optimal delivery and performance. This includes campaign planning, setup, creative development, quality assurance, testing, measurement/reporting, and optimization.
  • Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns for both delivery and performance, recommending appropriate messaging and creative optimizations as needed to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Success Metrics & Reporting: Collaborate with clients to establish specific and realistic success metrics. Deliver clear and actionable recommendations and reports that help them meet their goals.
  • Product Advocacy: Stay up-to-date on all Piano feature developments and effectively communicate benefits to clients, ensuring they are leveraging the platform to its fullest potential.
  • Feedback & Collaboration: Provide insightful feedback to our Product, Support, and Marketing departments based on your observations of client interactions with the Piano platform.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the Sales team to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.

What You’ll Bring

  • Meta Campaign Expertise: Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing paid social media campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram), with a proven track record of achieving performance goals.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to clients and internal teams.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using social media tools and ad management platforms. Familiarity with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics is a plus.
  • Creative Aptitude: Experience in creative development, including writing ad copy and collaborating on visual content. Proficiency with tools like Photoshop or Canva is advantageous.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Collaborative Approach: Energetic and collaborative personality with a self-starter attitude. Ready to work with an innovative and fun team.

  • Work Schedule: This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Specific schedules will be discussed during the interview process.
  • Location: This role can be performed with a hybrid schedule in our New York City office.
  • Compensation: Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
