About the Role

We’re seeking a versatile and strategic Content Writer to join our marketing team. This person will play a key role in planning, creating, and adapting content across channels and formats (e.g., LinkedIn posts, email campaigns, videos, carousels, blog articles) tailored to specific buyer personas and funnel stages. You’ll collaborate closely with product, marketing and sales to choose, edit and adapt compelling content to various channels and formats to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and tailor marketing content aligned to specific ICP personas, industries, and buying stages (awareness, consideration, decision).
  • Write, edit, and adapt content across multiple formats: email copy, landing pages, social media (especially LinkedIn), short-form video scripts, social media posts, blog posts, and sales collateral.
  • Partner with product marketing to translate product value propositions and thought leadership into compelling narratives for different segments.
  • Collaborate with growth and marketing operations to align content with campaign goals and performance metrics.
  • Optimize and repurpose existing content to fit new formats or funnel stages.
  • Test and iterate on content to improve engagement and conversion (e.g., A/B testing subject lines, CTA placement, format types).
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and tone across all channels.
  • Test and adapt LLM/AI-powered tools built to scale and speed up content production.

What You Bring

  • 3–5+ years in content marketing, B2B marketing, or related roles.
  • Proven experience writing content for different personas and formats, ideally in a SaaS or technology environment.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how content supports lead generation and conversion.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including sales, product marketing, and design.
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
  • Experience with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Canva, Figma, or video editing tools a plus.
  • Proficiency in prompt engineering and experience in working with LLM-powered tools for content creation (both text-based and video).
