As the Global Head of Sales, you will own and drive the entire sales strategy, execution, and team leadership. Reporting directly to the CEO, you’ll play a critical role in defining and scaling revenue processes, building strong customer relationships, and aligning the sales function with the company’s growth objectives. Key Responsibilities
Revenue Growth & ARR Focus
- Own and deliver aggressive revenue growth targets, with a focus on ARR expansion across all customer segments and geographies.
- Develop and execute a scalable global sales strategy to achieve short-term and long-term revenue objectives.
- Identify and exploit high-potential markets, partnerships, and sales channels to maximize ARR growth.
- Manage and monitor the sales funnel, ensuring an optimal balance between new customer acquisition and account expansions.
Global Sales Management
- Lead and oversee the performance of all regional sales teams and operations across APAC, EMEA, LATAM, and North America.
- Build synergy between internal sales teams and external partners, ensuring seamless collaboration, alignment, and efficiency.
- Define and implement territory-specific strategies to penetrate competitive markets and capture untapped opportunities.
- Establish clear regional accountability metrics, ensuring every market contributes meaningfully to global sales targets.
Leadership & Team Development
- Build, mentor, and inspire a world-class sales team capable of executing at scale in a high-growth environment.
- Align the sales organization with Shufti’s values and goals by fostering a high-performance, customer-centric culture.
- Establish a robust talent pipeline, ensuring the continuous development of leaders across all regions.
- Drive operational excellence by embedding data-driven processes, high-impact training programs, and clear career development paths.
Customer Success & Relationship Management
- Serve as the executive point of contact for top-tier customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
- Work closely with key accounts to understand their needs, upsell services, and ensure long-term value delivery.
- Align with Customer Success and Marketing teams to build strong client relationships and create compelling success stories.
Revenue Operations & Analytics
- Manage and optimize the global sales pipeline, leveraging advanced CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to track performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Finance to develop accurate revenue forecasts, ARR projections, and budget allocations.
- Drive efficiency by utilizing sales analytics to assess team performance, identify bottlenecks, and optimize processes.
- Continuously refine internal systems and tools to improve sales productivity and reporting accuracy.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to provide market feedback, influence the roadmap, and ensure product-market fit.
- Collaborate with Marketing to align go-to-market strategies, refine messaging, and optimize lead generation campaigns.
- Represent the Sales function during executive leadership meetings, board discussions, and investor updates.
- Work with legal and compliance teams to ensure sales contracts align with regulatory requirements across regions.
Qualifications
Experience
- 10+ years of progressive sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of achieving aggressive revenue growth targets, including ARR growth exceeding $20M annually.
- IDV sector experience is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in managing diverse teams across regions.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and align teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM systems (e.g.HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies for complex solutions.
Preferred
- Experience selling enterprise-level solutions or managing long sales cycles.
- Familiarity with the SaaS landscape, specifically Identity Verification, would be preferential.
- MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
