Position Overview:
Shufti is a globally trusted identity verification and compliance solutions provider, enabling organizations to meet their KYC, KYB, and AML obligations through AI-driven, real-time digital identity verification. With operations across 240+ countries and territories, we help businesses build trust while ensuring regulatory compliance. As part of our global growth, we are seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Execution & Deal Closure: Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing. Prepare proposals, deliver demos, negotiate terms, and close deals in accordance with individual targets and company goals.
- Account Management: Maintain ownership of accounts post-sale. Ensure successful onboarding, drive client satisfaction, and identify upsell or renewal opportunities.
- Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with marketing and outbound teams, share feedback on lead quality, and maintain accurate CRM records. Provide regular updates on pipeline and performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development. Experience in RegTech, Fintech, SaaS, or compliance solutions is a plus.
- Ability to build strong client relationships with C-level executives, and compliance officers.
- Self-starter with a hunter mindset – must be comfortable generating a majority of leads independently.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; regional native language skills are a strong plus.
Preferred Skills:
- CRM proficiency (e.g., HubSpot).
- Understanding of AML, eKYC, customer due diligence (CDD/EDD), and fraud prevention technologies.
- Familiarity with global data protection and privacy laws (e.g., GDPR, DIFC DP Law, ADGM regulations).
- Relationship building with prospects instead of direct selling.
