Title: Marketing Manager - APAC

Location: Singapore - Hybrid 3 - 4 days in office

Reports to: RVP of Sales and CMO

Role Overview

You will be responsible for executing regional marketing strategies and programs that drive demand, enable partners, and support sales growth. From creating localized content to running strategic campaigns, analyzing the competitive landscape, and delivering regional events — you will be the face of marketing in APAC. You will report to the Regional VP of APAC (primary) and Chief Marketing Officer and will be based in our Singapore office.

Key Responsibilities

Regional Campaigns & Demand Generation

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to Asia-Pacific audiences.
  • Align with global marketing on messaging while adapting assets for cultural and regional relevance.
  • Support global marketing campaigns adapted to APAC region.
  • Partner with sales to generate high-quality leads and accelerate pipeline velocity.

Partner & Prospect Marketing

  • Support partner co-marketing initiatives, including joint campaigns, webinars, and asset development.
  • Enable reseller, integration, and technology partners with regional content and sales tools.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Monitor identity verification trends, market dynamics, and competitor moves in Asia.
  • Deliver actionable insights to sales, product, and executive teams to guide regional strategies.

Event Management

  • Lead planning and execution of local trade shows, roundtables, customer workshops, and partner events.
  • Collaborate with the global events team on flagship global participation in Asia-based expos.

Content Localization & Social Media

  • Develop and adapt content such as case studies, datasheets, blog posts, and landing pages.
  • Oversee local social media campaigns and thought leadership efforts to build brand equity.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales, Product Marketing, and Partner Teams globally.
  • Provide feedback on messaging resonance, customer pain points, and sales enablement gaps.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or compliance tech.
  • Strong knowledge of the identity verification, KYC, or RegTech market in Asia.
  • Proven track record of running regional campaigns, partner marketing, and event execution.
  • Native or fluent English is required; Mandarin Chinese proficiency is a strong plus.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo), CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), and digital analytics.
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Strong communication and storytelling abilities to translate technical content into compelling messaging.
