The Role
We’re hiring a Part-Time Global Talent Acquisition Partner with deep 360 recruitment experience in fast-paced B2B SaaS scale-ups. You’ll own the end-to-end hiring process across all departments—Sales, Engineering, Product, Marketing, Compliance and more—collaborating with leaders to deliver high-quality hires efficiently and effectively across global markets.
You’ll also drive forward best-in-class recruiting practices using advanced technology platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR ATS, and tools like ChatGPT, DeepSeeks, and Manus to optimise sourcing and workflow automation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 360 recruitment lifecycle: job briefing, sourcing, screening, selection, offer, and onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and workforce plans.
- Write and post compelling job adverts across multiple platforms.
- Proactively source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced AI-based tools (e.g. DeepSeeks, Manus).
- Manage and optimise workflows using our BambooHR ATS.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics (e.g. time-to-hire, pipeline conversion, diversity metrics).
- Maintain an excellent candidate experience and ensure process consistency across all regions.
- Support employer branding and DEI hiring strategies.
- Introduce and champion recruitment automation and AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT for streamlining tasks and improving output.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ full-cycle recruitment experience in global B2B SaaS scale-ups.
- Proven track record hiring across geographies and functions (e.g. Sales, Tech, Product).
- Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Recruiter, BambooHR ATS, and a strong grasp of other key sourcing and CRM platforms.
- Experience using AI-powered recruiting tools and a strong interest in recruitment tech innovation.
- Confidence working independently in a remote, fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
- A proactive, agile mindset with a commitment to quality and results.
