Role Overview:

We are hiring a strategic and operationally minded Head of Commercial Office to drive the alignment and execution of commercial initiatives across Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this role ensures cross-functional collaboration, performance tracking, and execution excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the right-hand to the CCO, translating strategic goals into operational plans
• Oversee commercial project planning, execution, and cross-functional coordination
• Monitor KPIs and support performance reporting for all commercial functions
• Identify gaps, bottlenecks, and areas for process improvement
• Lead cadence planning and ensure consistent rhythms across departments
• Prepare board-level presentations, commercial updates, and executive reports

Requirements:

• 5+ years in a strategic operations, commercial planning, or chief of staff-type role
• Experience working closely with senior commercial leaders (Sales/Marketing/CS)
• Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills
• Strong business acumen and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, CRM and project management platforms
