Role Overview:

We are seeking a Solution Engineer based in Europe to support our regional sales and onboarding efforts. In this role, you’ll act as a technical expert and trusted advisor, helping prospects and clients understand how our solutions meet their specific needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with Account Executives to support technical discovery and solution design
• Conduct product demos and technical walkthroughs for prospects
• Serve as a key liaison between Sales, Product, and Engineering
• Assist with integration planning and technical documentation
• Respond to RFPs and prepare solution proposals
• Provide post-sale technical support during onboarding and implementation

Requirements:

• 3+ years in a solution engineering, technical pre-sales, or implementation role
• Experience with SaaS platforms, APIs, and identity verification/compliance solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
