Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Head of Solution Engineering to lead our global pre-sales engineering efforts. This leadership role will oversee a team of Solution Engineers who work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and scale the global solution engineering team
• Define pre-sales processes and best practices
• Partner with Sales to develop winning technical proposals and RFP responses
• Oversee technical discovery, solution design, and product demonstrations
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to represent client needs
• Maintain deep product and industry knowledge to advise prospects

Requirements:

• 7+ years in solution engineering or technical pre-sales, including 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong experience in SaaS, identity verification, compliance, or RegTech sectors
• Excellent team management, communication, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with APIs, architecture design, and integration requirements
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
