Role Overview:
We are looking for a client-focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for nurturing relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities for account growth, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Develop strong, trusted relationships with clients
- Monitor account health, usage, and satisfaction metrics
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues
- Identify upsell and renewal opportunities
- Prepare and deliver regular reports and business reviews
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in account management or client-facing roles
- Experience in SaaS, RegTech, or compliance sectors preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
