Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Account Management to lead and grow our global account management function. This is a strategic role focused on customer retention, expansion, and satisfaction. You will manage a team of Account Managers and work cross-functionally to ensure an exceptional customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the global account management team with a focus on growth, retention, and customer satisfaction
- Develop account strategies and playbooks to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Act as a key escalation point and ensure resolution of complex customer issues
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to deliver value
- Monitor key account metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in account management, with 2+ years in a leadership role
- Strong B2B SaaS or RegTech/FinTech experience preferred
- Demonstrated success in managing strategic accounts and driving growth
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset and experience with CRM tools
