Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven SMB Account Executive to help grow our presence in the U.S. market. This role involves managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting to closing—for small and medium-sized businesses across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and qualify new SMB prospects across the U.S.
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to each client’s needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to customise solutions
- Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline via CRM (e.g., HubSpot)
- Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with revenue targets
- Maintain relationships with customers post-sale for expansion opportunities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS or RegTech
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales quotas
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working remotely
- Familiarity with compliance or identity verification technologies is a plus
