Role Overview:
As our VP of Sales for the USA, you will lead and scale our regional sales operations, drive revenue growth, and build strong customer and partner relationships. Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, you’ll define and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for one of our most strategic markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market penetration in the U.S.
- Hire, train, and manage a high-performing sales team (including AEs and BDMs)
- Foster a performance-driven sales culture with effective KPIs and coaching
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to ensure alignment
- Build and nurture executive-level relationships with key customers and partners
- Monitor and report on sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting
Requirements:
- 8+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role in SaaS or compliance/RegTech
- Strong network and understanding of the U.S. compliance, fintech, or financial services sectors
- Proven success in building and scaling sales organisations
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Experience with CRM tools and sales automation platforms
