Role Overview:
We are seeking a driven SMB Account Executive to join our European sales team. This role focuses on acquiring and managing small-to-medium business clients across the European region. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle and will play a key role in expanding our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and close new business opportunities across SMB clients
- Conduct product demos and communicate value propositions to prospects
- Work closely with Sales Engineers to provide technical guidance and solution design
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and upsell where possible
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to leadership
Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
- Strong understanding of the European SMB market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent in English (additional European languages are a plus)
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment
