Role Overview:
We are hiring a strategic and entrepreneurial Head of Partners & Channel to drive our global partner ecosystem. This role will be instrumental in defining our partner go-to-market strategy, building strong relationships, and generating revenue through channel and strategic alliances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partner and channel strategy
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners (VARs, MSPs, ISVs, etc.)
- Manage relationships with strategic partners and alliances
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to enable and support partners
- Track performance and ROI of partner programmes
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience in partnerships, channel sales, or business development
- Proven success in building and managing B2B partner ecosystems in SaaS or RegTech
- Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Experience working with global and regional partners
