Role Overview:
We are seeking a high-velocity, process-driven SMB Account Executive from the identity verification and fraud prevention industry to be the tip of the spear for our US expansion. You will be responsible for the full, end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting into your target territory to conducting value-based demos and closing deals. You will leverage a proven sales playbook and a rich tech stack to engage with founders, product managers, and compliance leaders at SMBs, demonstrating how Shufti Pro can be a competitive advantage for their business. Your success will be measured by your ability to consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Sales Execution:
Hunt & Prospect: Proactively generate your own pipeline through targeted outbound efforts (email, social, calls) using Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other tools, while also converting inbound marketing-qualified leads.
Qualify & Demo:
Conduct rapid, effective discovery to understand prospect pain points and qualify opportunities using a structured methodology like MEDDPICC. Deliver compelling, tailored product demonstrations that focus on business outcomes and compliance needs specific to the US market.
Negotiate & Close:
Own the entire negotiation process, from pricing discussions to contract signing, with a focus on landing new logo customers and establishing a foothold for future growth.
Territory & Pipeline Management:
Build and maintain a robust, accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring a consistent flow of new opportunities to meet and exceed quarterly quotas.
Develop a deep understanding of the US SMB market, including key verticals (Fintech, Crypto, E-commerce, Gig Economy) and regional/state-level regulatory nuances (e.g., NYDFS, CCPA).
Provide accurate weekly forecasts and clearly communicate the state of your business to sales leadership.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to strategize on top-of-funnel generation for your territory.
Partner with Solution Engineers for more technically complex demos or proof-of-concepts.
Act as the voice of the US SMB customer, providing critical feedback to Product and Marketing on market trends and feature requests.
Who You Are: The Ideal Profile
You are a current SMB Account Executive, a top-performing BDR ready for promotion, or an Inside Sales Rep with experience in our space, with a proven record of thriving in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.
Non-Negotiable Experience & Skills:
2-4 years in a full-cycle closing role (or a high-performing BDR role with demonstrable closing experience) within B2B SaaS.
A minimum of 1+ year specifically in the Identity Verification, KYC/AML, or Fraud Prevention industry. Experience at a Shufti Pro competitor is a significant advantage.
Proven Quota Attainment: A documented history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a high-velocity environment.
Sales Tech Stack Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar CRM), Sales Navigator, and sales engagement platforms like Outreach or Salesloft.
Sales Methodology: Familiarity with a structured sales process and qualification framework (e.g., MEDDPICC, SPICED).
