Position Purpose:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to spearhead our growth in the United States. This is a pivotal leadership role for a domain expert who not only understands sales execution but also possesses deep, hands-on experience in the Identity Verification (IDV) and regulatory technology (RegTech) landscape. You will be responsible for defining the GTM strategy, building a world-class sales team from the ground up, and establishing Shufti Pro as a market leader in the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership & GTM: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the US market, targeting key verticals such as FinTech, Banking, Cryptocurrency, E-commerce, and On-Demand Platforms.
  • Team Building & Management: Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives and Business Development Representatives, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
  • Domain Expertise & Solution Selling: Act as a subject matter expert on IDV, AML, KYC, and KYB. Articulate complex compliance challenges and demonstrate how Shufti Pro’s solutions deliver tangible business value and risk reduction.
  • Revenue Growth: Own the US revenue targets, driving new customer acquisition while identifying opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
  • Pipeline & Performance Management: Implement robust sales processes, accurately forecast performance, and utilize CRM data to drive decisions and optimize the sales cycle.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing to develop targeted campaigns, with Product to relay market feedback, and with Customer Success to ensure client retention and satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive RegTech landscape, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to position Shufti Pro effectively.

Mandatory Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8+ years of progressive B2B enterprise sales experience within the RegTech, FinTech, or Financial Services sector.
  • A minimum of 3+ years in a sales leadership role (Director of Sales, VP of Sales, or similar) with a proven record of building and scaling high-performance teams.
  • Demonstrable, hands-on experience selling Identity Verification (IDV), Anti-Money Laundering (AML), KYC, or KYB solutions.
  • Deep understanding of the US regulatory environment and compliance pain points (e.g., FinCEN, CDD Rule, BSA).
  • Established network and credibility within the US Fintech, Banking, or Financial Services community.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute a territory plan that consistently exceeds revenue targets.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with C-level executives.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tech stacks (e.g., Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
