Role Overview: Own the LATAM SMB Market
We are seeking a Sales Account Executive for LATAM, a high-velocity, process-driven hunter with experience in the identity verification, KYC/AML, or fraud prevention industry. This role is crucial for expanding Shufti Pro’s presence in Brazil, Argentina, and Colombia. You will manage the full, end-to-end sales cycle: from prospecting into your target territory to conducting value-based demos and closing deals. You will leverage a proven sales playbook and a rich tech stack to engage with founders, product managers, and compliance leaders at SMBs, demonstrating how Shufti Pro can be a competitive advantage for their business. Success will be measured by your ability to consistently hit and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Sales Execution:

  • Hunt & Prospect: Generate your own pipeline through targeted outbound efforts (email, social, calls) using Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and other tools, while also converting inbound leads.
  • Qualify & Demo: Conduct discovery to understand prospect pain points and qualify opportunities using a structured methodology like MEDDPICC or SPICED. Deliver tailored product demonstrations focused on business outcomes.
  • Negotiate & Close: Manage the entire negotiation process from pricing discussions to contract signing, landing new logo customers and establishing a foundation for future growth.

Territory & Pipeline Management:

  • Build and maintain a robust, accurate sales pipeline in Salesforce to meet and exceed quarterly quotas.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the LATAM SMB market, including regional regulatory nuances and competitive landscapes.
  • Provide accurate weekly forecasts and clearly communicate your pipeline status to sales leadership.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) for top-of-funnel generation in your territory.
  • Partner with Solution Engineers for complex demos or proof-of-concepts.
  • Act as the voice of the SMB customer, providing feedback to Product and Marketing on market trends and feature requests.

Who You Are: The Ideal Profile

  • Current SMB Account Executive, top-performing BDR ready for promotion, or Inside Sales Rep with a proven track record in a fast-paced, transactional sales environment.

Non-Negotiable Experience & Skills:

  • 2-4 years in a full-cycle closing role (or high-performing BDR role with demonstrable closing experience) within B2B SaaS, with a minimum of 1+ year in Identity Verification (IDV), KYC/AML, or Fraud Prevention.
  • Proven Quota Attainment: Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas in high-velocity environments.
  • Sales Tech Stack Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and engagement platforms like Outreach or Salesloft.
  • Sales Methodology: Familiarity with structured sales processes and qualification frameworks.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and Portuguese or Spanish (preferably both).
