About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SMB Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing the full sales cycle for small and medium-sized businesses across Europe and the UK. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a strong focus on identity verification (IDV) solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, prospect, and qualify new SMB clients across Europe and the UK.
- Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements related to IDV.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or technology solutions.
- Proven experience selling identity verification (IDV) solutions is mandatory.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of the SMB market dynamics in Europe and the UK.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience selling into multiple European markets.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks related to IDV in Europe.
