Regional Product Manager (US & LATAM)

Department: Product

Reports to: VP of Product / Product Leadership

Location: United States / LATAM (Aligned to US business hours)

Role Purpose

The Regional Product Manager — US & LATAM is the regional product authority and customer discovery lead for Shufti across North America and Latin America. Sitting directly between regional customers, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and central HQ Product/Engineering teams, this role ensures the US commercial function has deep product expertise, technical deal support, and roadmap representation without depending on HQ for routine requirements during local business hours.

This role combines technical product discovery and gap analysis with AI-powered product marketing and sales enablement. You will lead customer discovery calls to dig deep into business and technical needs, evaluate regional product requirements, and build targeted sales collateral (decks, battlecards, solution briefs) using modern AI tools—ensuring our messaging and positioning are accurate, compelling, and market-ready.

Key Responsibilities

1. Regional Product Discovery & Roadmap Influence

  • Lead Deep Customer Discovery: Conduct in-depth discovery conversations with prospects, customers, and commercial teams to dig beneath the surface of customer problems, workflows, and regulatory pain points.
  • Identify Regional Product Gaps: Maintain a structured, evidence-based view of product gaps, API/integration needs, and feature requirements emerging from US & LATAM deals. Distinguish one-off customer requests from scalable market demand.
  • Build Business Cases for HQ: Translate customer needs into formal business cases, PRDs, and roadmap recommendations for central Product and Engineering teams, quantifying commercial impact and priority.
  • Validate & Test Market Adoption: Participate in regional product discovery initiatives and help validate new features with regional accounts prior to full rollout.

2. Technical Pre-Sales & Opportunity Support

  • Drive Strategic Deal Support: Join customer, product, and strategic sales conversations to help Sales position the right Shufti capabilities against complex enterprise opportunities.
  • Unblock Technical Opportunities: Identify product, regulatory, or operational blockers affecting active deals and drive them toward resolution with HQ Engineering, Compliance, and Solutions Engineering.
  • Manage Evaluations & Proposals: Support RFPs, RFIs, technical demonstrations, and Proofs of Concept (POCs) from a product perspective.

3. AI-Driven Product Marketing, Positioning & Sales Enablement

  • US-Specific Positioning & Messaging: Define and refine Shufti’s US/LATAM positioning, value propositions, buyer personas, and competitive talk tracks across priority verticals (FinTech, RegTech, Banking, Crypto).
  • AI-Assisted Collateral Creation: Utilize modern AI tools to efficiently draft and generate sales decks, solution briefs, battlecards, one-pagers, FAQs, and objection-handling materials.
  • Quality & Positioning Validation: Review, edit, and validate AI-generated content to ensure it accurately reflects Shufti’s product capabilities, technical logic, and competitive positioning.
  • Commercial Enablement: Equip regional Sales and Account Executives with updated talk tracks, product context, and competitive intelligence to win against local competitors.

4. Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Analyze Win/Loss Patterns: Track competitor product releases, pricing models, and market movements to identify why Shufti wins or loses regional opportunities.
  • Monitor Regulatory Dynamics: Track evolving US/LATAM regulatory requirements (KYC, KYB, AML, identity fraud trends) that impact product design and positioning.
  • Deliver Regional Insights: Pass structured regional market intelligence back to central Product and Product Marketing leadership.

5. Existing Customer Growth & Product Ownership

  • Track Regional Adoption: Work with Sales and Customer Success to monitor feature adoption and identify cross-sell/upsell opportunities.
  • First Point of Contact: Serve as the first regional point of contact for product questions during US business hours, reducing unnecessary dependency on central HQ teams.
